As detailed in the RCA
dated August 22, 2011, Mr. Trudgeon reviewed the negotiations between staff and
the applicant to address each of the issues; with staff recommending approval as
conditioned and as negotiated.
Johnson moved, Willmus seconded, adopt Resolution No. 10924 (Attachment G)
entitled, "A Resolution Approving an Assisted Living Facility as a CONDI-
TIONAL USE at 621-637 Larpenteur Avenue (PF11-013)."
Johnson moved, Pust seconded, extension of the Council Rules of Procedure cur-
few another five (5) minutes.
Roll Call
Ayes: McGehee; Pust; Johnson; Willmus; and Roe.
Nays: None.
Councilmember McGehee requested an explanation of what was proposed for the
right-of-way.
Mr. Trudgeon reiterated the proposal for removal of paved parking lot from the
existing right-of-way, to provide additional green space that would total 4,635
square feet; as conditioned and detailed in the RCA dated August 22, 2011; that
will be maintained by the property owner.
