EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA FEBRUARY 11, 1985 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council of the City of Roseville met in regular session at the City Hall on Monday, the 11th day of February, 1985, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Demos and Councilmembers Curley, Franke, Johnson and Kehr and the following were absent: None Councilmember Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: Resolution No. 7687(e) RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT NO. P-84-21 BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville as follows: 1. By resolution adopted June 25, 1984, the Council has directed the City Consulting Engineer to prepare a preliminary report as to the feasibility of a proposed improvement including all that property abutting Dellwood Avenue from County Road B-2 to approximately 550 feet south of County Road B-2 Street by the installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter and necessary appurtenances. The Consulting Engineer was also directed to include in the report the estimated cost of the proposed improvement and as to whether such improvement should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improve- ment. The preliminary report and cost estimate have been sub- mitted and considered by the Council and are hereby approved and directed to be placed on file in the office of the City Manager. The improvement proposed to be made in the general manner set forth in the report is designated as Improvement No. P-84-21. 2. The Council shall meet at the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said City, on March 11, 1985, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. for the purpose of holding a public hearing on the proposed improvement under and pursuant to the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, and the Manager is hereby authorized and directed to cause notice of the time, place and purpose of that meeting to be published twice in the official newspaper, Roseville Review, which publications shall be a week apart, and the second publication shall not be less than three days before the date of the hearing. 3.
