<br />NOTICE OF HEARING <br />ON IMPROVEMENT NO. P-84-21 <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE Council of the City of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, will meet at the City Hall, 2660 Civic <br />Center Drive, in said City, on the 11th day of March, 1985, at <br />7:30 o'clock p.m., to hold a public hearing pursuant to Minnesota <br />Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, on proposed Improvement No. <br />P-84-21 including all that property abutting Dellwood Avenue from <br />County Road B-2 to 550 feet south of County Road B-2 by the <br />installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter and <br />necessary appurtenances. The foregoing is substantially in <br />accordance with a preliminary engineering report which is now on <br />file and open to public inspection in the office of the City <br />Manager. <br /> <br />The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at <br />$66,529.71. The area proposed to be assessed for the improvement <br />shall be the following: <br /> <br />All that property abutting Dellwood Avenue from County Road <br />B-2 to 550 feet south of County Road B-2, including the <br />following: <br /> <br />Unplatted Lands: 79-01000-0400-79; 79-010000-160-80; <br />79-010000-150-80; 79-010000-040-80; 79-010000-130-80; <br />79-010000-020-80; <br /> <br />All persons desiring to be heard with reference to the <br />improvement and the area proposed to be assessed therefor may <br />appear and be heard by the City Council at the time and place <br />stated above. <br /> <br />Dated: February 11, 1985 <br /> <br />BY ORDER OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />James F.
