Once a program is <br />approved the Committee provides direction and assistance in the execution of the <br />program, and reports back to the Commission on program results. <br />Demographics and Diversity Committee <br />o See description above. <br />Outreach Committee <br />o See description above. *3/3 <br />Motions prevailed unanimously. <br />Youth Commissioner Appointment /Reappointment <br />Commissioners discussed the youth vacancies on the commission. Currently there were two youth <br />commissioners and one alternate. The two youth commissioners were going off the commission in <br />August, so they assumed the alternate, Marie Siliciano, would be named as a youth commissioner. <br />Chair Singleton said the Commission could recommend but the City Council made appointments. <br />Commissioners asked staff to clarify. <br />Commissioners discussed ways to reach youth groups. Commissioner Barrett offered to provide <br />contact names at the Roseville High School. <br />Commissioner Grefenberg offered to follow up with ways to reach a diverse group of youths. <br />Continued to next meeting. <br />LMHRC <br />Continued to next meeting. <br />Public Comment <br />No one appeared to speak. <br />Future Agenda Items <br />Commissioner Grefenberg asked City Manager Malinen whether they could get a webpage for the <br />task force that would include meeting notices and what the task force was doing. <br />City Manager Malinen clarified that commissioners send items to Carolyn Curti. <br />Announcements <br />
