EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota on the twenty-fifth day of February, 1985, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Curley, Franke, Johnson, Kehr and Demos, and the following were absent: None. Member Curley introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION 7691 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BIDS AND AWARDING CONTRACT FOR LAKE McCARRONS RESTORATION PROJECT WHEREAS, the United States Environmental Protection Agency has awarded a Section 314 Clean Lakes Grant for the restoration of Lake McCarrons, ldentified as Grant Number S-005508-02 to the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency, and, WHEREAS, the City of Roseville has entered into a Substate agreement with the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency to complete the project, and, WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for storm sewer and wetland grading, bids were recelved, opened and tabulated according to law, and the following bids received complying with the advertisement: BIDDER TOTAL BID Lametti and Sons Civil Structures, Inc. Sanchez Enterprises contracting Services Ind. Austin P. Keller Construction $ 227,030.50 244,660.00 248,776.58 248,858.22 267,790.00 and, WHEREAS, it appears that Lametti and Sons of Hugo, Minnesota is the lowest responsible bidder and, WHEREAS, the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency must approve this bidder prior to contract award.
