<br />RESOLUTION 7691 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, Minnesota that the Mayor and City Manager are authorized <br />and directed to enter into a contract with Lametti and Sons, Inc. of <br />Hugo, Minnesota for storm sewer and wetland grading for the Lake <br />McCarrons water quality improvements upon receipt of approval by the <br />Minnesota Pollution Control Agency. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by member Kehr, and upon vote being taken thereon, the <br />following voted in favor thereof: All present; and the following <br />voted againt the same: None; <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />SS <br /> <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Manager <br />of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota, do <br />hereby certify that I have carefully compared the attached and <br />foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting of said City Council <br />held on the twenty-fifth day of February, 1985, with the original <br />thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true and complete <br />transcript therefrom insofar as the same relates to accepting the bid <br />and awarding the contract for the Lake McCarrons restoration <br />project. <br /> <br /> <br />City Manager <br /> <br />SEAL <br />
