<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />of City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />April 8, 1985 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br />the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br />held at the City Hall in said city on Monday, the 8th day of <br />April, 1985, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmembers Curley, Franke, Johnson and Kehr; and the following <br /> <br />were absent: None. <br />Kehr introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7715d <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />FOR IMPROVEMENT NOS. ST-84-8, P-84-25, P-84-30 AND P-85-4 <br />AND ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS ON 1985 CONTRACT A <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution passed by the City Council on <br /> <br />August 13, 1984, the City Public Works Director has prepared plans <br /> <br />and specifications for Improvement No. ST-84-8 and has presented <br />such plans and specifications to the Council for approval; and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution passed by the City Council on <br /> <br />March 18, 1985, the City Public Works Director has prepared plans <br />and specifications for Improvement No. P-84-25 and has presented <br />such plans and specifications to the Council for approval; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution passed by the City Council on <br />March 18, 1985, the City Public Works Director has prepared plans <br />
