<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />of City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />Ma y 1 3, 1 985 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br /> <br />the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br />held at the City Hall in said city on Monday, the 13th day of May, <br /> <br />1985, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmembers Kehr, Franke and Johnson; and the following were <br /> <br />absent: Councilmember Curley. <br /> <br />Mayor Demos introduced and moved the adoption of the <br />following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7725 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AWARDING BID FOR 1985 CONTRACT A <br />IMPROVEMENT NOS. ST-84-8, P-84-25, P-84-30 AND P-85-4 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to advertisement for bids for the above <br /> <br />improvements, according to the plans and specifications thereof on <br /> <br />file in the office of the Manager of said City, said bids were <br /> <br />received on May 7, 1985, at 10:15 o'clock a.m., opened and <br />tabulated according to law and the following bids were received <br />complying with the advertisement: <br /> <br />Bidder <br /> <br />Amount <br /> <br />Lametti & Sons, Inc. <br />Bituminous Roadways, Inc. <br />Alexander Construction <br /> <br />$443,493.00 <br />$479,726.95 <br />$494,360.35 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears that Lametti & Sons, Inc. of Hugo, <br />Minnesota is the lowest responsible bidder at the tabulated price <br /> <br />of $443,493.00. <br />
