<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br /> <br />City of Roseville, Minnesota: <br /> <br />1. The Mayor and Manager are hereby authorized and directed <br />to enter into a contract with Lametti & Sons, Inc. for $443,493.00 <br />in the name of the City of Roseville for the above improvements <br />according to the plans and specifications thereof heretofore <br />approved by the City Council and on file in the office of the City <br />Manager. <br /> <br />2. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to <br />return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with their bids <br />except the deposits of the successful bidder and the next lowest <br />bidder shall be retained until contracts have been signed. <br /> <br />The motion was seconded by Councilmember Johnson and upon <br /> <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />all present; and the following voted against: none; whereupon <br /> <br />said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA) <br />)SS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY ) <br /> <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting <br />Manager of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, do hereby certify <br />that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract <br /> <br />of minutes of meeting of the Council of said City held on May 13, <br /> <br />1985, with the original thereof on file in my office, and the same <br />is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom insofar as the <br />same relates to awarding bids for 1985 Contract A, Improvement <br /> <br />Nos.
