Ms. Bloom noted that, <br />issues, recent projects had <br />t those past improvements. <br />Several of the Iffictures provided by Ms. Bloom identified the importance to <br />educate homeowners on the importance of maintaining swales on their back and <br />side properties, rather than installing sheds of walls or some type of vegetation <br />that prevents their natural flow to minimize property and infrastructure damage. <br />Ms. Bloom noted drainage issues with the ball field at Fairview Community <br />Center, and advised that she and Mr. Schwartz would be studying the area and <br />seeking partnership opportunities with the School District for corrective measures. <br />Page 11 of 18 <br />
