Andre, Ci ty Manager-; Charles <br /> <br />Honchell, City Public Works Director; Robert Bell of Peterson, <br /> <br />Bell & Converse, City Attorney; and Thomas S. Deans of <br /> <br />Knutson, Flynn & Hetland, City Bond Consultant. <br />MAYOR DEMOS: We now have P-ST-85-8, Fisk and <br /> <br />Rose Place area. Mr. Honchell? <br /> <br />HONCHELL: This particular project is somewhat <br /> <br />similar in that it is the result of a petition. This <br /> <br />particular petition was signed by approximately 53 percent of <br /> <br />the combined frontage of Fisk and Rose place. We're really <br /> <br />talking about one neighborhood, we're talking about what will <br /> <br />be described as, in a moment, as more or less in the same <br /> <br />place of the storm drainage of that project.
