The reason for that is at this point, <br />at least it's our understanding, that the water to the west of <br />that line over toward Avon at least drains toward the west, <br />eventually reaches FiSk, goes down through the City Oak parcel, <br />which is the extreme southern end ot the project, and flows <br />into the county ditch which goes in through Central Park. <br />The proposal would be to reconstruct Fisk from <br />County Road C to Oakcrest, reconstruct Rose Place from Avon to <br />fisk, to construct storm drain piCKUp facilities at the <br />intersection of Fisk and Rose Place, carry it in a pipe down <br />at the intersection of Oakcrest where it will again -pick up <br />additional storm drainage and then ultimately, by pipe, into <br />Central Park. <br /> <br />Again, most of the same comments that were <br /> <br /> <br />gIven before apply to here. It's a typical residential <br /> <br /> <br />street. There will be some sod work on the side, some <br /> <br /> <br />driveway approach work. The work would be expected to be <br /> <br /> <br />undertaken late this summer and completed during this <br /> <br /> <br />construction year. The slgnage was 53 percent for the street <br /> <br /> <br />portion, 54 percent for the storm portion.
