The whole street is <br /> <br /> <br />only two blocks long and it's not used to get to anywhere <br /> <br /> <br />except the houses in the neighborhood. The street is in fine <br /> <br /> <br />condition. I guess I don't see the need for this project, <br /> <br /> <br />especially at double of what we were originally quoted when we <br /> <br />were encouraged to sign the petition. <br /> <br />DEMOS: We never (inaudible) for half of that <br /> <br />cost. <br /> <br />ANDRE: Charlie can speak to that. <br />HONCHELL: Were you at the meeting that was <br />held with all the residents prior to the petition? <br />FINDORFF: I think the petition was brought <br />around before then. <br />HONCHELL: There was a meeting where everyone <br />in the neighborhood -- <br />FINDORFF: I wasn't there and all I knew was <br />what I was told by the person that was circulating the <br />petition. <br /> <br />HONCHELL: It was unfortunate that you didn't <br />come. ~e were discussing I suppose this level of assessments. <br />FINDORFF: Well, as I understand it, if you <br /> <br />DOUGHERTY & SIGSTAD <br />
