Andre, City Manager; Charles <br /> <br />13 Honchell, City Public Works Director; Robert Bell of Peterson, <br /> <br />14 Bell & Converse, City Attorney; and Thomas S. Deans of <br /> <br />15 Knutson, flynn & Hetland, City Bond Consultant. <br /> <br />16 <br /> <br />MAY0R DEMOS: The next hearing, then, 15 <br /> <br />17 P-85-11 from Aglen to Judith. Mr. Honchell? <br /> <br />Id <br /> <br />HONCHELL: This project similarly was the <br /> <br />19 <br /> <br />result at a petition from the property owners involved. <br /> <br />In <br /> <br />2u this case Lt was signed by, I believe it was 85 percent ot the <br /> <br />21 property owners. The proposed project again is a typical <br /> <br />22 residentLal street, 32 feet wide, concrete curb and gutter. <br /> <br />23 1n this case the drainage facilities are already in place. <br /> <br />24 The project would be from Woodhill Drive on <br /> <br />25 the south to Judith on the north.
