2

these particular boundaries is Aglen has already been improved

to the north. You may recall that earlier this year the

Council approved the reconstruction of woodhill Drive, the

reconstruction of Oxford and the reconstruction or Judi~h so

that I suppose it's reasonable to assume that these particular

property owners felt that this was the time to dO the rest of

tne neighborhood. I don't know that because I haven't talked

to all of them, but it was signed by d5 percent of the people.

One of the unusual circumstances on this

particular street, there is a very large lot located on the

corner of ~oodhill, which, due to its configuration with the

existing structure, it's our VIew at this point that it is not

dIvidable or splitable. As such, Woodhill is a frontage,

Aglen is the side lot, so it would get so-called side lot

benefits.

If at some point in the future a fire occurred or

something happened so the structure was no longer there ana

the owner processed through the Planning Commission and the

council for some redivision ot the lot, I don't know just how,

then there would be additional charges at that point. But at

this stage we see this as just a very large size lot situation.

DLMOS: Mr. Deans?

DEANS: Mayor and members of the Council,

again, this is an 85 percent petition.
