Andre, City Manager.; Charles <br /> <br />Honchell, City Public Works Director; Robert Bell of Peterson, <br /> <br />Bell & Converse, .City Attorney; and Thomas S. Deans of <br /> <br />Knutson, Flynn & Hetland, City Bond Consultant. <br /> <br />MAYOR DEMOS: The next hearing is P-84-29, <br /> <br />Marion Street, Maple Lane to South Owasso. <br /> <br />Mr. Honchell? <br /> <br />HONCHELL: Well, this one might look kind of <br /> <br />familiar. Last fall we received a petition signed by 54 <br /> <br />percent of the affected properties, excluding the City lot. A <br /> <br />hearing was held earlier this year. As a result of that <br /> <br />hearing the project was voted down. <br />The City has now received another petition <br /> <br />DOUGHERTY & SIGSTAD <br />
