Other than that, they are <br />all the same signers that were there back in September of last <br />year. There has been one additional signing occurred bringing <br />the petition to 59 percent signed. <br />I suppose I could go through all the same, <br />with the grade and the trees. You've probably pretty much <br />heard it before. It's proposed to be a 32-foot roadway, <br />residential style, straight up and down curbs. <br />DEMOS: Okay. Mr. Deans? <br />DEANS: Mayor and members of the Council, <br />again this is a 59 percent petition. The proposed total cost <br />of the project is ~72,8ll.43. There are l,754.l total <br />assessable feet. Of this, 1,652 are R-l assessable, 102.1 are <br />R-l tax exempt. The estimated cost per assessable foot is <br />$4l.51. <br /> <br />The amount proposed to be assessed for R-l <br /> <br /> <br />property at 22 percent rate, as per the City policy, would be <br /> <br /> <br />$9.13 a foot.
