I open the hearing to the <br />public again and ask that you come to the microphone and <br />give your name and address. <br />JOHN KELNBERGER: Mayor and members of the <br />Council, I'm John Kelnberger. I'm at 2959 North Marion. The <br />last time we were over here it was turned down. I'm wondering <br />why we're here again tonight. Is this going to happen every <br />day, every two months, if this is turned down again tonight? <br />I'm supposed to be working at night. I can't spend my time <br />over here. But our streets, the water drains over there, <br />there are a few cracks in it, I will go along with that. And <br />as 1 told you before when I was over here and talked against <br />it the last time, I'd be happy to ride with anybody down <br />County Road C2, make a left turn to go towards County Road C <br />on Farrington.
