<br />Resolution 7741 <br />June 10, 1985 <br /> <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Roseville does <br />hereby approve the construction of the B-2 bridge over I-35W, <br />including all approach pavements and associated utilities, and the <br />bridge alignment and right-of-way plans for said project are <br />hereby approved, and the staff authorized to initiate the acquisition <br />of necessary right-of-way. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the staff be authorized to enter into <br />negotiations with the consulting firm of SEH, Inc. for engineering <br />services for bridge design, inspection, and staking. <br /> <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, <br />this 10th day of June, 1985. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by member Curley, and upon a vote being taken thereon, <br />the following voted in favor thereof: All present, and the <br />following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA) <br />) SS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY ) <br /> <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified City Manager of the <br />City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota, do hereby <br />certify that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing <br />extract of minutes of a regular meeting of said City Council held <br />on the 10th day of June, 1985, with the original thereof on file <br />in my office. <br /> <br />WITNESS MY HAND officially as such Manager this 21st day of May, <br />1986. <br /> <br />~ <br />~( . ~l~ <br /> <br />~mes F.
