P m <br />present (voting order) Goedeke, Maschka, Wiski, Mastel and Wall. Roll Call <br />Absent: None. <br />A. Communications and Public Comment <br />B. Approval of Minutes <br />C, Consent Agenda Consent Agenda <br />Maschka moved, Wiski seconded that Items -1 C-2 he <br />approved. Roll Call, dyes: Goedeke, Maschka, Wiski, Mastel and <br />Wall. Nays: lore. <br />C-1 Maschka moved, Wiski seconded, that a one year agreement with <br />Berkley Risk Admmistrators Company, LL C, for workers <br />compensation claims adninlstration he approved, and authorizing <br />the City Manager, upon affirmative review by the City Attorney, to <br />sign a contract for the year 2000. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, <br />Maschka, Wiski, Mastel and Wall. Nays: None. <br />C-2 Maschka moved, Wiski seconded, that the proposal of Kern, <br />DeWenter, viere, Ltd. to he the City's outside auditor for the fiscal <br />year of 1 999, 2000 and 2001, at a total, not to exceed cost of <br />$44,000, he accepted. Doll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Maschka, Wiski, <br />Mastel and Wall. Nays: None. <br />D. items Removed from Consent Agenda <br />E.
