Reports And Recommendations <br />F Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that the C ity Manager be <br />authorized to sign contracts as outlined on the attached bid <br />summary, including: the rejection of the masonry bids, the <br />acceptance of the concrete alternate, the rejection of the kitchen <br />equipment bid, the rejection of the flooring bid, and to authorize the <br />re -bid of the electrical section, with the moneys for this project to <br />be taken from the Recreation Facilities Fund. Hearings <br />H -1 Wall moved, Mastel seconded, that ordinance 1234, amending <br />Title X Chapter 1002, 1006, 1008, and 1013 of the Roseville City <br />Code concerning definitions, shopping center districts, conditional <br />use permits and planned unit developments, as amended by the City <br />Council, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Wiski, Mastel and <br />Wall. Nays: Masehka. <br />Wiski moved, Mastel seconded, that staff be directed to propose <br />additional amendments to the City Code that would extend, as <br />appropriate, the amendments previously considered or adopted for <br />the shopping Center District, as a result of the Fahlgren., shardlor <br />and Ub an study, to uses in other zoning districts.
