He has conducted executive search assignments for City Managers, City Administrators, and senior level management positions, and has worked with non-profit organizations, semi-public agencies and private sector companies that have a relationship with rm nici palit€os, counties and oth public sector, a gen cies. Previously, Jim served four. cities: three as a City Manager including his last position as City Manager of St. Louis Parr, Minnesota (population 45,000). He also served in Worthington, ohio and Wood Dale, Illinois. He began his careen as Assistant City Manager in Parr Ridge. Illinois after obtaining a Master's Degree in Public Adm�stratlon from Northern Illinois University. He received a B.A. Degree from Loras College in Dubuque, Iowa. J ima is a member of the International City ement Association, the mommota, city Management Association, the National Forum for Black public Administrators, and the Minnesota Municipal Utilities Association. He is active in community activities including the Twinwest Chamber of Commerce and is Past President of the St. Luis Park Rotary Club and the St. Louis Pare Rotary Foundation. He sues on the Boards of two 'min Cities compardes. In January, 1996 he began a four -year term as City Council Member at -large in St. Luis Parr, Minnesota.
