TO: City Council <br />FROM: Sterne Sarkoz <br />DATE: October* 15,1999 <br />RE: Mobile Home Park Ordinance Request <br />Item: 2 <br />This week, we have been contacted by the Roseville Mobile Home lurk to request that the City adopt a <br />specific ordinance to protect residents and property owners of the mobile home park in the event of a <br />buy out. <br />City staff has not provided research on this. The request is coming from residents of the mobile home <br />park.. The presentation will be made by residents, with a request that the City Council pursue a <br />protective ordinance. <br />It is recommended that the City Council consider this ordinance and before taking any action, refer the <br />matter to staff and city attorney for further review. Reports would then be submitted back to the City <br />Council at some future date for Council consideration. <br />Respectfully submitted. <br />
