EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br /> OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> CITY OF ROSEVILLE, RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of <br /> Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on <br /> Monday, the 14th day of February, 2000, at 6:30 p.m. <br /> The following members were present: and the <br /> following members were absent: <br /> RESOLUTION NO. <br /> RESOLUTION OF APPRECIATION FOR <br /> CITY CENTER TASK FORCE, PHASE I <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council encourages community participation in City projects and welcomes <br /> the participation and leadership of volunteers; and, <br /> WHEREAS, in 1998 the City Council established a citizen Task Force to prepare a City Center <br /> Concept, Phase I; and <br /> WHEREAS. On January 25,2000, the Council received the Phase I report from the Task Force <br /> and Chairperson; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Roseville City Council hereby acknowledges <br /> and wishes to express their appreciation to the citizen volunteers who contributed time and thought for all <br /> the Phase I activities: <br /> Members of the City Center Phase I Task Force: <br /> Keith Wietecki, Chair Scott J. Bergs <br /> Patricia Johnson Ann M. Hermes <br /> Peggy Egli Craig Klausing <br /> Donald Anderson Jan Vanderwall <br /> Perrie N.
