WN <br /> C. CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION <br /> 1. Washington County will provide 100% of construction administration <br /> including partial and final payments, contract monitoring, payroll <br /> monitoring, etc.. . . . . <br /> D. CONSTRUCTION INSPECTION, OBSERVATION, AND TESTING <br /> 1. Washington County shall be responsible for the construction inspection <br /> on SP 82-030-04 project and for the observation and testing for all <br /> construction items. <br /> 2. The City of Roseville shall be responsible for the construction inspection <br /> on SP 160-090-06 project and for the observation and testing for <br /> construction items. <br /> 3. The City of Roseville shall submit completed construction quantities <br /> information on not less than a monthly basis to Washington County so <br /> Contractor payments can be completed. Washington County will return a <br /> copy of the pay estimate to the City of Roseville for information purposes. <br /> E. COST PARTICIPATION ITEMS AND ESTIMATED COSTS <br /> 1. The City of Roseville shall pay to Washington County 100 percent of the <br /> project construction cost on SP 160-090-06. This cost is estimated at <br /> $149900.00. <br /> 2. In addition to the amounts set forth in Section 1,the City of Roseville shall <br /> pay to the Washington County design engineering fees as follows: <br /> a. The City of Roseville shall pay 2% of the project construction cost <br /> to Washington County. For engineering and contract <br /> administration services, this cost is estimated at $298.00. <br /> 3. The total estimated amount that the City of Roseville will pay to <br /> Washington County is as follows: <br /> Project SP160-090-06 Construction Cost $ 14,900,00 <br /> Design Engineering Services $ 298.00 <br /> TOTAL $ 15,198.00 <br /> 4. Actual costs shall be based on the contractor's unit prices and the <br /> quantities constructed. Attached is a copy of the Construction Cost Share <br /> (Exhibit A) identifying the cost items and demonstrating the method of <br /> cost calculation. <br /> a Percentages identified above are merely estimates of the <br /> engineer. Final percentages will be determined after the Federal <br /> participation percentage is determined by the Minnesota <br /> Department of Transportation State Aid Division based upon the <br /> contractor's unit prices. <br /> F. PAYMENT <br /> 1. The County shall, when a construction contract is awarded, prepare a <br /> revised estimate and cost participation breakdown based on the contract <br /> Page 2 <br />
