The City of Roseville shall pay to the Treasurer ofWashington County an amount equal to 19 percent of the City of RoseviUe's estimated construction cost plus engineering costs, esoutlined in Section E.2.e. 2' Washington County shall, when e pay estimate is made tothe Contreotor, process the necessary paperwork tothe State requesting reimbursement for the Federal Aid share of the project forVVeshingtonCounb/ endthe City ofRoseville. 3. Upon substantial completion of the work, the County shall prepare en updated revised estimate of cost participation breakdown which will be based upon the contract unit prices and the actual units ofwork performed and submit e copy to the City of Roseville. The engineering costs tobe paid to Washington County bv the City of Roseville shall be ' based on this estimated final construction cost. Washington County shall add to the the City ofRosevi||e's estimated final construction costs the construction engineering oosts, the costs of supplemental egreements, if any make necessary adjustments for liquidated demeges, if any, and deduct the City of Roseville funds previously advanced for the project by the City of Roseville. The City of Roseville agrees to pay to Washington County any amounts due, if more than the amount of the total ofthe partial payments made by the City of Roseville pursuant to Section F.I. |n the event the calculations show that the City of Roseville has advanced funds in greater amount than is due Washington County, e refund without interest shall be made to the City ofRoseville. G. CHANGE ORDERS AND SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENTS 1. Any modifications or additions to the final approved plans end/or specifications shall be made pert of the construction contract by change order or by supplemental agreement but only after concurrence by the City of Rosevi||e, and shall be paid for as set forth in Section E. of this Agreement. 2' Through e duly adopted City Council resolution, the City of Roseville may request changes to the final approved p|ens, end/or specifications. Any City of Roseville utility or feoi|ib/ which is subsequently modified or added to the final approved plans and specifications shall be made by e written amendment to this /\greement, shall be made pert of the construction contract by change order or supplemental egreement, and shall be paid for wholly by the City of Roseville. H. MAINTENANCE/OWNERSHIP 1. The City of Roseville shall own and maintain all existing reconstructed nliorosurfeoed roadways within the City of Roseville. U' LIQUIDATED DAMAGES 1.
