RECORDING. Tenant or Lessor, at their option, may record this Lease, or at <br /> Tenant's or Lessor's request, each party shall execute a short form of Lease for recording <br /> purposes. <br /> 25. CHANGES. Neither this Lease nor any term or provision hereof may be <br /> changed, waived, discharged, or terminated orally, but only by an instrument in writing signed by <br /> the party against which the enforcement of the change, waiver, discharge, or termination is <br /> sought. <br /> 26. SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS. The terms, covenants, and conditions of this <br /> Lease shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the parties hereto and their respective <br /> heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives, successors, and assigns. <br /> 27. COUNTERPART. This Lease may be executed, for the convenience of the <br /> parties, in several counterpart originals, each of which is in all respects similar to the other and <br /> complete. <br /> 28. PARAGRAPH HEADINGS. The paragraph headings contained herein are <br /> inserted only for convenience of reference and are in no way to be construed as a part of this <br /> Lease or as a limitation on the scope of the particular paragraphs to which they refer. <br /> 29. LAWS APPLICABLE TO CONSTRUCTION. This Lease shall be construed <br />
