3.3 In addition to DSU there may be a need to hire a traffic consultant to evaluate the <br /> traffic capacity as part of the AUAR process. There may be an opportunity to <br /> partner with the Coalition in this effort as they look at the traffic impact all along <br /> the corridor based upon the build out study. <br /> 3.4 Staff is also recommending the continued use of the economic development <br /> consultant, Janna King, to help facilitate the strategy meetings and develop the <br /> elements of the land use scenarios. <br /> 3.5 Ail of these consultants, with the possible exception of the traffic consultant, are <br /> part of the City's existing consulting pool. <br /> 3.6 Funding for these planning projects will come from a mix of budgeted <br /> professional services funds from the Community Development Department, the <br /> EPA Grants, and the Twin Lakes Tax Increment District. <br /> 4.0 SUGGESTED COUNCIL ACTION <br /> 4.1 By motion, authorize the staff to continue with the Twin Lakes Master Plan <br /> Renewal Strategy as presented. <br /> 4.2 By motion, authorize the City Manager, on behalf of the City of Roseville, to <br /> enter into contracts with planning, traffic and economic development consultant <br /> to effectively implement the Twin Lakes Master Plan Renewal Strategy and <br /> Alternate Urban Area-Wide Review.
