The City of Roseville will retain the ownership of all products produced,whether <br /> in graphic,written or digital formats. The City will provide written permission to <br /> the consultant to utilize City produced digital background ESRI Arcview GIS, <br /> Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet and Word document files and aerial <br /> photography/contour files to complete the proposed work only. <br /> 14.0 Submission Requirements <br /> In order to be considered by the city, one copy of qualifications, a proposed scope <br /> of work, and a time and monetary budget presented on 8-1/2"by 11"size paper <br /> should be submitted. Folded 1 I"by 17"papers are also acceptable. Proposals <br /> should include the following information: <br /> 14.1 Identification of the consultant team including principals, architect, <br /> engineer,landscape architect,environmental planners,legal counsel, <br /> and/or others. The name, address,phones, and fax number of a contact <br /> person should be listed. <br /> 14.2 Project team experience, qualifications, and hourly rates <br /> 14.3 List of comparable projects <br /> 14.4 Work plan including description of amount and personnel needed by <br /> section of the work, meetings, and hearings. <br /> 14.5 Project work to include: <br /> 14.5.1 Based on financial alternatives prepared by City of Roseville, <br /> prepare conceptual graphic plans including 3 overall sketch site <br /> plans, image sketches to explain the concept in more detail (could <br /> be sketch perspectives,photos,videos, or elevation drawings, etc.) <br /> and overall landscape concept(could be on same sheets as sketch <br /> site plans) <br /> 14.5.2 Based on City of Roseville work and files, review and recommend <br /> updates to the Twin Lakes Master Plan(policy plan)to be named <br /> "The Twin Lakes Renewal Strategy--Years 2001 to 2011"and <br /> Twin Lakes Land Use Plan Update (Hearings by City Staff) <br /> 14.5.3 Based upon the "Renewal Strategy Plan"complete Alternative <br /> Urban Area-wide Review(AUAR) <br /> 14.6 Product required: <br /> 14.6.1 Consultant to provide one digital copy and one paper copy of all <br /> presentation materials,reports, and AUAR documents, in a format <br /> acceptable and compatible to the City of Roseville. <br /> Twin Lakes Renewal Strategy August,2000 80f 9 <br />
