6.0 SUGGESTED CITY COUNCIL ACTION <br /> 6.1 By resolution, approve (deny) the request by Minnesota Waldorf School for an interim <br /> use permit to allow a temporary office trailer"Office B" adjacent the school entry and <br /> the parking lot of the Catholic Community of Corpus Christi, 2 13 1 Fairview Avenue, for <br /> a period of one year, based on findings in Section 3 of the project report and subject to <br /> the following conditions: <br /> A. That the temporary office trailer not encroach on to any existing sidewalk. <br /> B. That the temporary office trailer meet the building and zoning code setbacks. <br /> C.
