That the interim use permit shall expire one year after the date of City Council <br /> approval. <br /> 5.0 PLANNING COMMISSION CONSIDERATION <br /> 5.1 On August 9, 2000,the Roseville Planning Commission held the hearing on the request <br /> by Minnesota Waldorf School for an interim use permit to allow a temporary office <br /> structure on the Corpus Christi property. At the hearing no citizens addressed the <br /> Commission regarding the request. The Commission had questions regarding the <br /> trailer's placement on the property, size of the trailer, and safety skirting of the trailer <br /> base. <br /> 5.2 The Planning Commission voter (5-O) to recommend approval of the request by <br /> Minnesota Waldorf School for an interim use permit to allow a temporary office trailer <br /> "Office B" adjacent the school entry and the parking lot of the Catholic Community of <br /> Corpus Christi,2 13 1 Fairview Avenue, for a period of one year, based on findings in <br /> Section 3 of the project report and subject to the following conditions: <br /> A. That the temporary office trailer not encroach on to any existing sidewalk. <br /> B. That the temporary office trailer meet the building and zoning code setbacks. <br /> C.
