EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br /> CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br /> Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held on the 28th day of August 2000, at 6:30 <br /> p.m. <br /> The following members were present: <br /> and the following were absent: <br /> Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION NO . <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AN INTERIM USE PERMIT FOR THE <br /> MIN-NESOTAWALDORF SCHOOL TO ALLOW A TEMPORARY OFFICE TRAILER <br /> LOCATED AT THE CATHOLIC COMMUNITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, <br /> 2131 FAIRVIEW AVENUE. (PF3228) <br /> WHEREAS, Minnesota Waldorf School has requested an interim use permit to allow the <br /> placement of a temporary office trailer at the Catholic Community of Corpus Christi; and <br /> WHEREAS, Section 1012.09A states: the City Council may authorize an interim use <br /> permit of property. Interim use may not be consistent with the land uses designated on the <br /> adopted Land Use Plan. They may also fail to meet all of the zoning standards established for <br /> the district within which it is located; and <br /> WHEREAS, Section 1012.09B states: the City Council may attach conditions to interim <br /> use permits. In reviewing interim use permit applications, the City will establish a specific date <br /> or event that will terminate the use on the property. The Council will also determine that the <br /> approval of the interim use would not result in adverse effects on the public health, safety and <br /> general welfare, and that it will not impose additional costs on the public if it is necessary for the <br /> public to take the property in the future; and <br /> WHEREAS, The Minnesota Waldorf School is currently constructing a school facility on <br /> County Road"B" in Maplewood, which facility will be available in January 2001 at such time <br /> the Minnesota Waldorf School will vacate the Corpus Christi site: and <br /> WHEREAS, spatial needs for additional classrooms has resulted in the need to provide a <br /> temporary office to be used by the School Administrator, Office Manager, and Enrollment <br /> Coordinator. <br /> WHEREAS, Minnesota Waldorf School has requested approval of a temporary trailer <br /> north of the school wing and west of the parking lot; and <br /> 1 <br />
