WHEREAS,the Roseville Planning Commission held the public hearing to consider the <br /> Minnesota Waldorf School request and recommended(5-O)approval of the interim use <br /> permit, subject to the following conditions: <br /> 1. That the temporary office trailer not encroach on any existing sidewalk. <br /> 2. That the temporary office trailer meet the building and zoning code setbacks. <br /> 3. That the temporary office trailer include safety skirting around the base of the trailer. <br /> 4. The interim use permit shall expire one year after the date of City Council approval. <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,by the City Council (the"Council")of the City <br /> of Roseville,Minnesota(the"City"), Ramsey County, Minnesota,that an interim use <br /> permit to allow the placement of a temporary office trailer adjacent(north)the school <br /> wing and west of the parking lot of Corpus Christi Church,2 13 1 Fairview Avenue be <br /> approved subject to the following conditions: <br /> 1. That the temporary office trailer not encroach on any existing sidewalk. <br /> 2. That the temporary office trailer meet the building and zoning code setbacks. <br /> 3. That the temporary office trailer include safety skirting around the base of the trailer. <br /> 4. The interim use permit shall expire on August 28, 200 1. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br /> Member I , and upon vote being taken thereon,the following voted in favor: <br /> and the following voted against the same: <br /> WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> 2 <br />
