condition and character immediately prior to such damage or destruction in accordance with <br /> plans approved by the Lessor. Such restoration, repairs, replacements, rebuilding or <br /> alterations shall be commenced with due diligence, and in good faith, and prosecuted with due <br /> diligence and in good faith: .
