The project <br /> began in 1995 as a living memorial to his wife and all funding to date has either come <br /> from him directly or as memorial gifts to his wife. Mr. Partridge has also donated most <br /> of the labor but his family, friends, and local Boy Scout and Girl Scout troops have <br /> provided some assistance. <br /> Mr. Partridge will continue to fund and provide the labor for this project until it is <br /> completed. He will be responsible for ordering, planting, and long-term maintenance of <br /> the wildflower garden. He will coordinate all tasks with the Roseville Parks and <br /> Recreation Department and will arrange for additional help, as needed, to complete the <br /> tasks in a timely manner. Requests for reimbursement funds will be submitted only after <br /> the purchase of materials or completion of work. <br /> A letter from Mr. Partridge stating his commitment to the project is attached.
