The project began in 1995 as a living memorial to his wife and all funding to date has either come from him directly or as memorial gifts to his wife. Mr. Partridge has also donated most of the labor but his family, friends, and local Boy Scout and Girl Scout troops have provided some assistance. Mr. Partridge will continue to fund and provide the labor for this project until it is completed. He will be responsible for ordering, planting, and long-term maintenance of the wildflower garden. He will coordinate all tasks with the Roseville Parks and Recreation Department and will arrange for additional help, as needed, to complete the tasks in a timely manner. Requests for reimbursement funds will be submitted only after the purchase of materials or completion of work. A letter from Mr. Partridge stating his commitment to the project is attached.
