6,0 SUGGESTED ACTION <br /> By motion, approve the concept development plan for a business planned unit <br /> development(B-PUD) that allows the construction of a A2.867 s.f. convenience structure <br /> with a gas pump service area for the parcel located at 2785 Harreline Avenue, based on the <br /> findings outlined in Section 3 of this report. <br /> It is understood that the effective date of such a planned unit development will not occur <br /> until after the application submission and final approval of the planned unit development <br /> agreement and publication of the PUD ordinance.
