LOCATION of DIST'RIC'T: The location of the City Center District is the area shown on the attached reap and generally described as follows: Beginning at the northwest corner of Howard Johnson Park along woodhill Drive, east along the woodhill Drive right-of-way (and also including the VFW, Shopping Center, and Veteran's Park north of woodhill Drive)to Victoria Street; then south along Victoria to the intersection with County Road"C"; then west along the south right-of-way line of the BNSF railroad right-of-way (and also including the Roseville Mobile Home Parr adjacent to the railroad right-of-way)to a Point of intersection with a line extended south along the west property line of Howard Johnson Park; the north along the west edge of Howard Johnson Park to the point of beginning.
