EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br /> CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br /> of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 22 day of March, 1998, <br /> at 6:30 p.m. <br /> The following members were present: <br /> , and , and the following were absent.- <br /> Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION NO. <br /> Resolution Authorizing Roseville Police to enter into a Grant Agreement with the <br /> State of Minnesota for costs relating to released Sex Offender Community <br /> Notification Meeting <br /> WHEREAS, on December 22, 1998, Roseville Police held a Community Notification <br /> Meeting regarding release of a Level III Sex Offender into Roseville; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Roseville Police Department incurred related printing expenses of <br /> $494.16; and <br /> WHEREAS, The Minnesota Department of Public Safety is responsible for disbursement <br /> of State funds to reimburse local government units for costs incurred in implementing <br /> community notification meetings about released sex offenders; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Roseville City Council authorizes the <br /> City Manager to enter into a Grant Agreement with the State of Minnesota for <br /> reimbursement of $494.16 for printing expenses relating to a Community Notification <br /> Meeting on December 22, 1998 regarding the release of a Level III Sex Offender. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member <br /> and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> and and the following voted against the <br /> same: <br />
