Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br /> of City Council <br /> City of Roseville <br /> Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> Pursuant to due call, and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br /> Rosevflle,County of Ramsey,Minnesota,was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center Drive, <br /> Roseville,Minnesota,on Monday,the 22'd day of March, 1999,at 6:30 p.m.. <br /> The following members were present: <br /> and the following were absent: <br /> Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> Resolution No. <br /> A Resolution Vacating a Portion of County Road D <br /> In Connection with the Proposed Redevelopment at 3116 Fairview Avenue North <br /> (Ric Cox: PF3092) <br /> VVHEREAS,the Planning Commission held a public hearing on the request of Ric Cox <br /> for vacation of a portion of County Road D in connection with the proposed redevelopment of <br /> the parcel at the southeast corner of Fairview Avenue and County Road D (3-116 Fairview <br /> Avenue North)to allow for a small office building4, and <br /> WHEREAS,the Planning Commission recommended approval of the Ric Cox request <br /> for vacation of a portion of County Road D,approximately 71 feet Wl'de by 155.99 feet in <br /> length,directly east of Fairview Avenue adjacent property located at 3116 Fairview Avenue <br /> North,based on findings of the staff report dated March 1{x, 1999; <br /> VVHEREAS,it appears that it would be beneficial to the public interest to vacate a <br /> portion of County Road D in connection with the request for a Planned Unit Development to <br /> redevelop the parcel at the southeast corner of Fairview and County Road D as a small office <br /> building(4,000-5,000 s.f.); <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of RosevvdHe, <br /> Minnesota,hereby vacates a portion of County Road D,said area legally described as: <br /> The west 200 feet of the north 133 feet of the Northeast Quarter of Section 4,Township <br /> 29,Range 23,subject to roadway easements(PIN#042923120001). <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon,the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> and the following voted against the same: <br /> Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
