He wanted us to be comfortable with the pro f ect� as we will he his <br /> neighbors. The hearing for the vacating of the south side of County Rd D is to be held <br /> this evening. laic indicated that he would ask to receive 7.5 feet to pure that the existing <br /> building will be located the correct distance from the road. We all agreed that for the <br /> consistency of the road the 7. feet vacation should extend east from Fairview Ave, to <br /> Wheeler St. This includes the new Insurance building, our duplex(1 800& 1 802)and the <br /> single home on the comer of Wheeler and County Rd.D. <br /> In a related issue, lave S eaberg,who is the neighbor on the south and part owner(along <br /> with myself of the property directly to the east. has -indicated to Ric Cox that he has no <br /> preference as to the fence rewired on the south and east of fir. Cox's property. Tbc may <br /> elirn ate, or erect the fence at his discretion as far as we are concerned. <br /> Unfortunately, neither Dave nor rnyseif will be able to attend the hearing tonight because <br /> of prcvious commitments. Ric Cox of red to spcak on our behalf as far as continuing <br /> the 7,5 feet east to wheeler Street and the fence issue. We all feel that this street width <br /> conformity is in the best interest of the City: and the property owners on this short section <br /> of County Road D.
