Bradley operating Limited Partnership (for Cub Foods) <br /> 20 request for vacation of a portion of certain utility and drainage easements in <br /> 21 connection with the re-routing of utility lines located on the southeast side of the <br /> former Homeplace in Har Mar Mall at 2 100 Snelling Avenue, <br /> 3 <br /> 4 Chair Harms opened the hearing and requested City Planner Thomas Pasc hke to <br /> 5 provide a verbal summary of the staff report of March 10, 1999. <br /> 6 <br /> 27 Chair Harms asked for detail of the request. <br /> 28 <br /> 9 Thomas Paschke explained the utility easement vacation process. He noted the <br /> 30 reason for the vacation is to relocate utilities for a new 751000 s.f. grocery store. <br /> 31 <br /> 32 Chair Harms asked if there are similar relocation of utilities. Loeb Bloom <br /> 33 provided the Horneplace original construction as an example. <br /> 34 <br /> 35 The grocery store is a permitted use in a Shopping Center District. <br /> 36 <br /> 37 Member Mulder asked about the role of the Planning Commission 'in the review <br /> 38 of easements. <br /> 39 <br /> Tim Prinzen} Bradley Real Fstate, agreed with presentation by staff. At no time <br /> has Prinzen requested access to any side street from the Center.
