I <br /> City 0 f <br /> r <br /> Minnesota <br /> COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT <br /> March 1 5} 1 999 <br /> Address <br /> Dear: <br /> The City of Roseville invites you to submit a proposal for professional services to <br /> creatively design and build"'Park Complimentary Uses" on approximately 25vo of an 8 <br /> acre City owned parcel} located at the southwest corner of Lexington. Avenue and <br /> County Road B. There are no buildings on the site at this time. The selected developer <br /> or team will be named the "designated private sector developer" for this site for a <br /> period of two years. The land use and building design theme must be consistent with <br /> the guidelines of the Roseville Cornerstone Program. <br /> The desired timeline for the entire process is as follows: <br /> Distribute notice of RFP to selected number of developers by March 23, 1999. <br /> Developers must request a RFP packet by May 1, 1999. <br /> The RFP responses must be returned to the City by June 12, 1999. <br /> Up to three RFP respondents will be chosen by staff (with the assistance of a <br /> consultants),to make a presentation to the City Council on June 28, 1999. <br /> A recommendation will be made to the City Council for approval on July 26, 1999. <br /> Approval consists of selecting one developer to rune a proposal for Council <br /> approval. <br />
