During August and September 1998 the Council chose from a number of scenarios
for redevelopment of the Lei and B site. After much discussion, a scenario (with
neighborhood parr and "parr complirmentary}' uses components) was selected for further
study by the Planning and Parrs & Recreation Commissions. A chart of uses and impact
factors were considered by the Commissions as they discussed the issues. The
onunissions recommended all complimentary uses but no single purpose retail or
housing. Examples included day care, coffee or ice dream shop, craft/book store, public
multipurpose space, meeting and education classroom space, history display space and
others. The Commissions also recommended limiting parking, not connecting the parking
lots through the parr.
lie nest for RFP Packet:
The City of Roseville invites you to request an RFP packet of information and application
concerning the proposal for services.
