�QUEST FOR PROPOSAL <br /> CITY of ROSEVILLE <br /> LEXINGTON AND"B " MDOED USE DEVLLOPMIE T SITE <br /> 1 wo REQUEST <br /> The City of Roseville is seelting proposals from qualified developers to design and <br /> develop a""park compatible' mixed use development within an a portion of the 8 acre <br /> city owned site located at the southeast corner of Lexington and County Road"Bbs , <br /> 2.0 DEVELOPMEENT OBJECTIVES <br /> It is the objective to facilitate park compatible development of an underutilized portion <br /> of an 8 acre site,approximately 6 acres of which should be dedicated to neighborhood <br /> park and neighborhood activities to develop a portion of the site to enhance the adj ac nt. <br /> The development could include both indoor and outdoor projects. The City intends to <br /> reWn ownership of all of the lands but will extend long term land lease terms to the <br /> successful developer. It is the city's desire to enhance the neighborh6od park, increase <br /> the tax base of the city, and provide quality opportunities for park complementary indoor <br /> and outdoor uses. Some suggestions of those uses would include arts, culture,and history <br /> center,child and/or senior day care,a trunist stop,meefing and multi-purpose spades, <br /> classrooms,complementary neighborhood retail and housing.
