Following the hearings,the City Council approved the <br /> construction of each of the proposed projects.The next step in the process is for the City <br /> Council to approve plans and specifications and authorize the advertisement for bids. <br /> Dellwood Street has been added as an alternate bid on this contract.The City vacated Dellwood <br /> Street last year. Grace Church and Roseville School District are working on an Agreement with <br /> the City to reconstruct Dellwood Street and a portion of the High School parking lot. The cost of <br /> this portion of the contract will be funded entirely by the Church and School District Both <br /> parties waive their right to a Public Hearing,and cost sharing is outlined in the Agreement.
