MPRS, et al <br /> Settlement Payment <br /> Backgro und <br /> The City Attorney has reviewed the GWs obligations with regard to a settlement payment in the Starks and <br /> Field v.11 PRSa et al ease and made the attached recommendation. <br /> Financial <br /> Roseville's portion of the settlement payment is $18,462.34.This includes the additional monetary award to <br /> the plaintiffs and the plaintiffs'attorneys fees from the original award. <br /> Staff Recommendation <br /> Staff recommends approval of the settlement payment. <br /> Council Action Requested <br /> Motion authorizing the payment of$15,462.34 from the contingency account for the settlement of the Starks <br /> and Fields v.MPRS ease. <br />
