Additionally, Reinhardt and Andcrson, the <br /> plaihtiffs' attomeys were awarded attomeys' fees and costs in the amount of $403,434-87, <br /> This amount had not yet been paid. <br /> In September of 1998, the City Council adopted Resolution 9586 which approved a <br /> MR, <br /> final sedement of this maner for a total payment by all city defendants of an additional <br /> $15,000.00 over and above the previous judgment for damages, costs and anarneys" fees <br /> awarded by the Court. The resolution also authorized the Mayor and Manager to pay the <br /> ciryl;s sdhare. The current bill is for thr..
