The project as proposed is in harmony with the general purpose and intent of the City's <br /> Comprehensive Flan and Title 10 of the City Code (Zoning). <br /> 3,1 2. Chair Katie Harms <br /> requested the application to hold a second neighborhood meeting because only three <br /> neighbors attended the first meeting. <br /> 6.0 SUGGESTED ACTION <br /> 6.1 By notion, approve the concept development plan for a 4,000 to 5,000 s.f} office building <br /> tanned unit development at the southeast corner of the Intersection of County Road D and <br /> Fan-view Avenue,based on the findings outlined in Section 3 of the report.
