STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br /> Based on the adopted policy and stated goal of providing quality services at the lowest <br /> possible costs, and the financial proposal and experience of the vendor, staff <br /> recommends that the City enter into a contract with Suzanne's Cuisine for the operatic <br /> of the concessions stands at the Roseville Slating Center. Their selection is a result of <br /> their overall experience, type of service provided to customers} recommendations, <br /> ability to work in a public setting and their willingness to share revenues per their <br /> proposal. <br /> COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br /> Motion authorizing the City Manager to enter into a contract with Suzanne's Cuisine for <br /> the operation of the concession stands at the Roseville Skating Center pending <br /> approval by the City Attorney. <br />
