Organizational Business <br /> E-1 Kysylyczyn moved, Klausing seconded, a change for the November Time Change <br /> 131 2001 meeting time to 5:00 p.m. for the joint work session with City Council Meeting <br /> the Parks and Recreation Commission, with a regular session to Of November 13, 2001 <br /> follow at 7:00 p.m. to canvass the vote from the November 6, 2001 <br /> General Election and to conduct other City business. Roll Call, <br /> Ayes: Klausing, Maschka, Goedeke, and Kysylyczyn. Nays: none. <br /> F. Reports And Recommendations <br /> F-1 Burrell described the effect of reducing the City's debt. If this Resolution 9949 <br /> Resolution were approved, Roseville's debt per capita would fall Full Call <br /> below the $800 per capita for communities Roseville's size that the General Obligation <br /> City Council has established as a goal in its Budget Plan. Maschka Improvement Bonds <br /> asked about the City's bond rating. Series 22 <br /> Maschka moved, Goedeke seconded, to adopt a resolution providing <br /> for the calling of certain maturities of General Obligation <br /> Improvement Bonds, Series 22. Roll Call, Ayes: Klausing, <br /> Maschka, Goedeke, and Kysylyczyn. Nays: none. <br /> F-2 Bloom reviewed the history of this drainage problem, and the Resolution 9950 <br /> proposed solution. She also described the cost of the proposed Approve Plans & <br /> solution and how those costs would be spread among the affected Specification / <br /> parties. Klausing asked why Falcon Heights was not choosing to Order Advertisements <br /> participate financially at this time. For Bids <br /> Zimmerman Lake Drainag <br /> Maschka moved, Goedeke seconded, to adopt a resolution <br /> approving plans and specifications and ordering advertisement for <br /> bids for the Zimmerman Lake Drainage Improvement Project. Roll <br /> Call, Ayes: Klausing, Maschka, Goedeke, and Kysylyczyn. Nays: none. <br />
